Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, to the extent reasonably possible. The item must not have been unnecessarily used, worn or damaged.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly, damaged or defective, or unless otherwise agreed with us.
Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@albasshop.be and provide clear photos or videos showing the problem.
We will review the issue and provide further instructions. In such cases, a physical return may not always be required.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
If you wish to exercise this right, you must inform us within the 14-day period. After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods, or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process the refund within the applicable legal period.
Where a valid right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery costs. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

If you would like a different item or size, please contact us at info@albasshop.be before returning the item. We will review the available options with you.
Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law, including certain personalised products or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken.
